Monica Shea has lived in Colorado Springs since 2003, and grew up in the Tampa Bay area in Florida. She is a graduate of the University of Florida and previously worked in public relations and logistics for a large international agricultural company. After starting a real estate investment company in 2005, Monica decided to expand her real estate career and work as a Realtor.

Without a doubt, she has now found her true calling and loves working with clients on something so personal as buying and selling their homes – from house hunting with buyers, getting a listing ready for sale, negotiating the best deal for her clients, and everything in between.

Monica also founded a private membership group for real estate professionals who love Disney! Her childhood in Florida (and many trips to the Disney parks) turned her into a lifetime Disney fan, and anyone who knows Monica knows that she LOVES all things Mickey! Monica knew there was an amazing network of other “Disney people” out there who were also in real estate. She founded the Agent of Excellence program so there would be a community where agents could come together to exchange ideas, collaborate, refer clients and add some Disney magic in their day-to-day lives and business.
