Dan Lesniak is a billion-dollar real estate agent, best-selling author, investor, developer, and coach. He launched his real estate career after completing successful careers both as a Naval submarine officer and defense contractor. Dan’s HyperLocal strategy led to one of the fastest starts in real estate with over $22 million in sales in his first year.  

Since 2012, Dan has gone on to create the Orange Line Living Team, a premier real estate group in the Washington, DC area. The team merged with the Keri Shull Team in 2013, and in 2014 the combined teams ranked 4th in the world at Keller Williams. In 2015, Dan and Keri left Keller Williams to establish their own brokerage. The Wall Street Journal quickly ranked their team among the top 50 in the nation. 

Since then, Dan and Keri’s combined team has grown to 80+ members and sells over $300  million in volume annually. 

Dan has been coached by some of the world’s top coaches including Tony Robbins, Gary Vee, and Grant Cardone. Dan has helped start, invest in, and fund numerous businesses and real estate projects. He’s contributed insight to features by CNBC, Money, Business Insider, and Forbes on the topics of real estate, entrepreneurship, and productivity.

Dan enjoys endurance events that challenge both mind and body. He has completed 13 marathons, 6 Ironman triathlons, and the formidable White River 50 Mile Endurance Run.
