As an expert within the Chicagoland area, Moses Hall specializes in commercial investment property acquisitions and commercial real estate sells. Applying his market knowledge, along with his commitment to protecting his clients and maximizing value, Moses provides each client with a one of a kind buying and selling experience.
Moses started his real estate career in 2014 as a licensed REALTOR®. To sharpen his skills, Moses was accepted into the highly competitive Project Real Estate Associate Program (REAP), which is an in-depth, intensive commercial real estate focused program. He graduated from the program in November 2016. And more recently completed the Community Investment Corporation Property Management course in January 2019. Additionally, he is a current candidate looking to obtain his CCIM designation through the Cultural Diversity scholarship program.
While understanding the privilege of living in a world-class, diverse city of Chicago, Moses set out to build upon his education, business and learn different cultures through travel. He decided to get a first-hand look at the beauty of cultures and business practices by traveling outside the country. To expand his business, network, and develop an international clientele, Moses has attended significant international real estate conferences, such as the International Property Show in Dubai, International Center of Shopping Centers Retail Summit in Shanghai, China, MIPIM in Cannes, France in 2018 to 2019 and was a part of a trade mission to Bangkok, Thailand.
In January 2019, Moses launched MoHall Commercial & Urban Development, where his focus is redevelopment through commercial real estate and investment properties. Through collaborative efforts, his ultimate goal is to revitalize communities and build wealth through real estate on the south side of Chicago. Moses mission has been highlighted in publications, as he received the prestigious honor of being named Realtor Magazine 30 under 30 Class of 2019.
Moses currently serves as the 2020 National Association of Realtors Vice-Chair of the Commercial Economic Issues & Trends Forum, The Chicago Association of REALTORS ®Board of Trustees, and Young Professionals Network (YPN). Additionally, he is a State Legislative Contact for State Rep Marcus Evans. and serves on the Commercial Committee for the IL REALTORS. He also serves on the Governmental Relations Committee for the International Council of Shopping Centers and resides in the South Loop.
